The live squid, delivered directly from fishing ports mainly in Kyushu, such as Yobuko, has translucent flesh and a deliciously crunchy texture.We will later deep fry the tentacles and wings and serve them as tempura.Other Kyushu delicacies on offer include fresh seared chicken thighs, grilled Hakata chicken with green onions, and Hakata's specialty, mentaiko tamagoyaki.Two pieces of sushi are served at the end of the meal.It is ideal for entertaining guests and banquets, as well as for sightseeing and returning home.
